I build
what can be
measured.

I'm Enzo Caldeira. I rebuild the digital operations of service companies: design that holds the price, tracking that shows where clients come from, and AI automation at the bottlenecks. I work on product and data at Itaú and I founded Nevran.

Work

Proof, not promises

Client projects and work inside a bank. Where there is an NDA I describe scope and method. Where the numbers are public, they are there.

Design to build perceived value.

Data to understand what works.

// this intersection is what the market pays a premium for in 2026

I work where the two meet.

Where I work

My work lives at the border of three things that rarely travel together inside a company: how the business makes money, what the data says, and how that shows up for whoever decides.

  • 01

    Data that becomes a decision

Indicator governance, modelling and data products. A loose number changes nothing; a number in the right place changes the conversation.

  • 02

    Process automation

Triage, routing and reports that refresh themselves. The time returned to the team is the easiest return to see.

  • 03

    Interface and perception

Design systems, dashboards and digital presence. How information is presented changes how much it gets used, and how much the service is worth to whoever is buying.

The company

I'm the asset. Nevran is the structure.

You talk to me and Nevran comes in behind. It is the company I founded to give the work method, contracts and invoicing, with a network of partners and collaborators who join as the project requires: design, development and data.

In practice: delivery doesn't depend on my personal calendar alone, and the client has a structure accountable for it.

Questions

How does a project work?

A fixed 30-day scope, through Nevran, one build at a time. It starts with a short paid diagnosis. If it makes sense for both sides, it becomes an implementation. Pricing is published on the Nevran site.

Do you work alone?

No. I lead the project and I am accountable for it, but Nevran has a network of partners and collaborators who join as needed: design, development, data. That is what keeps deadlines from depending on a single calendar.

What kind of company do you work with?

High-ticket service businesses selling to other businesses, where perceived value decides the deal: technical translation, law, accounting, consulting, premium clinics. The pattern is always the same: good service, digital presence that does not match it.

Why so few public projects?

Because much of my work is corporate and under NDA. I'd rather show a few projects explained in depth than a list of logos I can't comment on.

What tools do you use?

Python and SQL for data, LLMs and agent frameworks for automation, Figma and Astro for interface, Power BI and Power Automate inside the Microsoft stack. The tool changes, the reasoning does not.

Do you only build websites?

No. The site is the visible part. What holds it up is lead source tracking and automation. That's where the return is.

How does first contact work?

You write through the form saying what you need. I reply within 1 business day, including when the answer is that I'm not the right person for it.

If you charge a premium and don't look like it, send me a message.

Write two lines about what you need. I reply within 1 business day, including when the answer is that I'm not the right person for it.
